An off-the-shelf solution was never good enough for us. We wanted to keep our independence and continue to follow our own path. That's why we chose Salesforce's CRM. Salesforce provides a solid foundation for managing our data, but we built the “house” ourselves and tailored it to our specific needs.

3. Data integration and automation

Salesforce Customer 360 allows us to seamlessly integrate huge volumes of data into our portal. Salesforce's strength lies in advanced automation, especially in sales and marketing. With every lead that comes in, information about the customer's preferences is entered into Salesforce. The system automatically links tasks and activities, such as sending e-mails and scheduling appointments.

4. Improved customer relations

This automation allows us to send potential buyers relevant information at the right time. The system also schedules appointment reminders and provides the customer with all necessary details. As a result, appointments run more smoothly and efficiently.
