how do I make the sale of my home official?
the notarial deed
The notarial deed will legally seal the sale of the property and is always drawn up and signed by a notary. Once the notary has drawn up the deed, both parties (buyer and seller) meet for the execution of the deed. This happens within four months of signing the sale agreement. After the notarial deed is signed, your property officially has a new owner, and you may hand over the keys to the buyer. Congratulations!
